      The main training forum is where we discuss training as it is related to enhancing testosterone production. Always keep in mind, with training for testosterone enhancement the name of the game is "W(MVA*i) < Stress Threshold".       In this forum we will discuss nutrition as it relates to testosterone enhancement. Balance is the name of the game when it comes to testosterone enhancement. Whether you need to gain or lose weight, doing it in a balanced way will serve your endocrine system in the long term. The best way I can describe balance is the meals and macronutrient breakdown I recommend do not exclude protein carbohydrates or fat. The defining element of my recommendations is that you need to consume enough protein to support recovery from training and no more. Generally, this means that you will be consuming less protein then is recommended in the popular fitness media. This is so that you can make room in your diet for endocrine nourishing fats and carbohydrates. For specific recommendations see chapter 8 and 9 of the testshock program.
