Training

The main training forum is where we discuss training as it is related to enhancing testosterone production. Always keep in mind, with training for testosterone enhancement the name of the game is "W(MVA*i) < Stress Threshold". Its about how much work you can do, at what intensity, while activating the largest percentage of the bodies muscle tissue, all while staying below the fatigue threshold where the workout becomes destructive. If you need a refresher go back to chapter 12 of the testshock program.
