Ideas for play?

    I think play is very useful for lowering cortisol and I've started to slightly dabble in tennis. It's great cause you get to exercise, engage your brain, and be social at the same time.

    Besides from olympic lifting once per week I've actually incorporated a lot of play into my other two workouts a week. Doing variations of the frog walk, bear crawl and monkey walk. It's a lot of fun, plus I always enjoy swinging around on the pullup rig like their monkey bars. Haha

    It snowed this weekend and I went out to build a snowman by myself. After, everyone else changed their mind and came outside.
